Studio portraiture

experimenting with rollie retro 80's black and white negative film in the studio. exp 1989. 

The first two images are of my class mates in college 2015. The image was composed by me and focused by me but the subject pressed the shutter with a cable release. This is the by-proxy technique used by Broomberg and Chanarin. The images came out under exposed in the background, that was probably my lighting mistake, the foreground was lit ok but not the background. nice one Ryan. 

The bottom two image were shot in the studio and this is just an example of multiple exposure using a hasselblad and old film.
